The team had a lot of fun looking back at highlights as we scrolled through our Instagram feed to pull our #2017bestnine. It was tough to pick only 9 – but here’s what stood out for us in 2017:
/ BarChef’s molecular mixology formed the centerpiece to Clearstream Banking’s gala dinner and reception. Featured here is the Super Chilled Gin and Chamomile Julep: Elderflower snow, gin, chamomile syrup, violet, lemon and chamomile, basil, white chocolate and pastis brunoise
/ Registration for Igloo ICE conference. The company took over the Sheraton Nashville for their first annual customer summit. Overheard: hotel staff commenting they’d never seen a conference look so good!
/ USS Midway was the playground for the Quadient Inspire Days Conference evening event in San Diego. On a beautiful September evening, the kid came out in everyone upon emerging on the upper deck of the aircraft carrier.
/ Transforming Rebel Nightclub in Toronto for a client’s Holiday Party for over 1000 guests, featuring celebrity DJ’s Chromeo and Atrak was the perfect finale to an inspiring year.
We selected two of our favorite stage designs from 2017 for numbers:
/ SOTI Sync stage for Summit 2017 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls.
/ D2L FUSION in Vegas where multiple stages with live demos wowed over 1200 attendees in the general session.
/ Casa Loma sure showed off its magnificence for Dell EMC Partner Summit awards evening featuring Queen of Hearts greeters and roaming champagne skirts.
/ Aga Khan’s infinity pools provided the stunning backdrop for the Clearstream gala dinner where guests were guided through a menu created by Celebrity Chef Mark McEwan, and entertainment from Top Talent, featuring Canada’s Got Talent, finalist Aygul Memet, in a stunning candelabra contortionist performance.
/ Finally, we provided a custom registration experience. A fun and efficient twist on registration allowed guests to avoid line-ups, with a DIY badge that came with a mini sharpie. Our custom designed registration walls doubled as room signage. Once the general session began, the walls were flipped to serve as signage for breakouts.
